Shipping policy

GRAMNI Audio products are custom-built to order. Please allow adequate time for your build to be completed, tested, calibrated, and prepared for shipment. Estimated build and shipping timelines may vary depending on order volume and product configuration.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided. GRAMNI Audio is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery interruptions outside of our control.

Please inspect your package upon delivery. Any shipping damage must be reported to GRAMNI Audio within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the packaging and damaged product, so we can assist with a carrier claim.
