These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of GRAMNI Audio products, services, and website. By placing an order with GRAMNI Audio, you agree to these terms.

Orders & Custom Products

GRAMNI Audio specializes in custom-built and modified audio products. Product appearance, component placement, and minor construction details may vary between builds due to product configuration, availability, and the nature of custom fabrication.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected model, options, colors, specifications, personalization, and shipping information before submitting an order.

Once fabrication or customization has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Full payment or an approved payment arrangement is required before an order is fulfilled.

GRAMNI Audio reserves the right to correct pricing, description, or configuration errors prior to fulfillment. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed or communicated where required.

Financing or installment services offered through third-party providers are governed by the terms and approval requirements of those providers.

Build Times

GRAMNI Audio products may be built to order. Any quoted completion or delivery date is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Build times may be affected by order volume, component availability, customization, testing, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Every completed build may undergo functional testing and, where applicable, audio calibration before shipment.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. GRAMNI Audio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of our control.

Visible shipping damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographs of the product and packaging.

GRAMNI Audio currently ships within the continental United States only and does not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Returns

Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Returned products must be in their original condition and include applicable components and accessories.

Custom, personalized, specially configured, used, damaged, or altered products may not be eligible for return except where required by applicable law or covered by the GRAMNI Audio warranty.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from an error by GRAMNI Audio or otherwise required by law.

Warranty

Warranty coverage is governed by the GRAMNI Audio Limited Warranty provided with or applicable to the product.

Unless otherwise specified, warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser only.

GRAMNI Audio provides a lifetime labor warranty on qualifying workmanship performed by GRAMNI Audio. Electronic components, including amplifiers and batteries, are subject to the applicable limited warranty terms provided with the product.

Warranty coverage does not include damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper charging, unauthorized repairs or modifications, neglect, abuse, or submersion.

Customers should use only the appropriate charger specified for their particular build.

Water Exposure

GRAMNI Audio builds are designed for outdoor use, and exterior components may be water-resistant or waterproof as specified.

GRAMNI Audio builds are not submersible unless expressly stated otherwise.

Do not intentionally submerge a GRAMNI Audio product. Submersion or water damage resulting from use beyond the product’s stated capabilities is not covered under warranty.

Third-Party Products & Trademarks

GRAMNI Audio is an independent aftermarket customization company.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, GRAMNI Audio is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or authorized by YETI Holdings, Inc., EcoXGear, KICKER, JL Audio, or other third-party manufacturers whose products or trademarks may be referenced.

Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification, descriptive, or compatibility purposes.

Modification of a third-party product may affect or void that manufacturer’s original warranty. GRAMNI Audio does not represent that its warranty replaces or extends any third-party manufacturer’s warranty.

Compatibility

Any statement that a GRAMNI Audio product is compatible with another manufacturer’s product or technology describes intended functionality only.

Compatibility statements do not represent an official partnership, endorsement, certification, sponsorship, or authorization unless GRAMNI Audio expressly states otherwise.

Software, firmware, wireless protocols, and third-party products may change. GRAMNI Audio cannot guarantee that a third-party manufacturer will maintain future compatibility with independently manufactured products.

Product Performance

Audio performance and perceived sound quality can vary based on environment, source material, device settings, volume, placement, and other conditions.

Specifications, components, features, appearance, tuning, and construction methods may be updated as GRAMNI Audio develops its products. Any material substitution will be made with the intent of maintaining comparable functionality and performance.

Proper Use

Customers are responsible for operating GRAMNI Audio products according to the provided instructions.

Excessive volume can cause permanent hearing damage. Users are responsible for maintaining safe listening levels and using products appropriately for their environment.

Do not operate, charge, modify, disassemble, or expose a product to conditions outside its intended use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GRAMNI Audio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use its products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

GRAMNI Audio branding, original graphics, product documentation, photographs, written content, proprietary product designs, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to GRAMNI Audio and may not be reproduced or commercially used without authorization, except as permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Changes to These Terms

GRAMNI Audio may update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes become effective when the revised terms are posted to our website, unless otherwise stated.

The terms applicable to an order will generally be those in effect when the order was placed, subject to applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
